We take the stress out of waiting for updates on your application. We carefully assess your application before submitting it to the Probate Seat Office to ensure everything is in order before lodging the papers, minimising the risk of queries.

If the application is queried from the Seat Office, we will deal with amendments and corrections before relodging the application. If future documentation is necessary prior to the application being resubmitted or amended and re-sworn, we will work with you to address the requirements, ensuring a quick and smooth approach to reapplication.
